I’m pretty sure this is the oldest course in Polk County, the have three nine hole courses. It is hit or miss on condition, I have played it several times, in good shape 3 out of 5 times. Very flat, a few water holes, very short. The greens are small and the only defense these courses have. High traffic course from several locals.
